1. The service

KBSnap provides free, browser-based tools for working with images and PDF files. The tools run on your own device; we do not receive or store the files you process. Tools may be added, changed or removed at any time.

2. Acceptable use

  • Only process files you own or have permission to use.
  • Don’t use the tools to create forged, fraudulent or misleading documents, or to break any law.
  • Don’t attempt to disrupt the site, overload it, or copy it in bulk with automated tools.

3. Official documents and requirements

Passport, visa, ID and application-form requirements are set by the relevant authorities and can change without notice. Our size presets and guides are provided for convenience and are based on publicly available information at the time of writing. You are responsible for checking the current official requirements. We cannot guarantee that a photo, signature or document produced with our tools will be accepted by any organisation.

4. Your files

You keep all rights to your files. Because processing happens locally, you are responsible for keeping copies of your originals. Always check the result before relying on it, especially before deleting an original.

5. No warranty

The tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted availability. Results depend on your browser and device.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KBSnap is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the site or its tools.

7. Advertising and third parties

The site is supported by advertising, including Google AdSense. Ads and linked third-party websites are provided by others, and we are not responsible for their content. See our Privacy Policy for how cookies are used.

8. Intellectual property

The site’s design, text, logo and code are owned by KBSnap or its licensors. Open-source components are used under their respective licences.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
